Cancellations
The Waugh Spa requires 24 hours notice of cancellation without charge.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a $30 charge per 1/2 hour slot.
No Shows
The Waugh Spa requires 24 hours notice of cancellation without charge.
A no show will result in a $35 charge per 1/2 hour slot.
Cancellation Exceptions
If you have symptoms of illness, a family emergency, or another complication requiring you to miss your appointment, please call 403-836-9545 to avoid an automatic no show charge.
If you have a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment for the health and safety of the practitioner and other clientele.
Health and Safety
The Waugh Spa is committed to the health & safety protocols outlined by Alberta Health Services including but not limited to hand washing and cleaning of instruments.
Minors
Clients must be 18 years of age to book the following services:

Women - Brazilian & Bikini Plus

Men - Brozilian, Brokini Plus, Brokini.
Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian sign consent and be present for the following services:

Women - Bikini & Upper Leg

Men - Upper Leg

No exceptions.
